Agenda

This series of exercises provides attendees with hands-on experience using Simple Specifiers, Simple Solvers, and User Values. These tools can be used to automate and optimize process simulations. Simple Specifiers are analogous to feed-forward controllers, while Simple Solvers are analogous to feedback controllers. User Values can be used to create and store custom user-created variables and can be used by Specifiers and Solvers. Attendees will use these tools to improve an amine sweetening unit simulation.
