BRE 500: Special Topic – ProMax Exercise: Tail Gas Handling

Agenda

This exercise will allow attendees to compare the effects of three different tail gas handling methods on overall sulfur recovery and SO2 emissions. The methods discussed are a cold bed reactor, a partial oxidation reactor, and treating tail gas with an amine unit.
