BRE 600: Webinar – Tuning a Demethanizer Model with Operating Data

Upcoming Sessions

DatesLocation
6/16/2020 - 6/16/2020Online - - North America

In this webinar we will discuss how to use operating data to characterize exchanger and expander performance, and then use that information to build a predictive ProMax model. Access to ProMax is not needed. The webinar is hosted over WebEx, and information on how to connect to the session will be provided after registration. For more information about a particular BRE 600: Webinar course please Contact Training.

Agenda

  • Determine exchanger UA values and expander efficiencies from plant operating data
  • Build solvers to control exchanger duty based on UA values
  • Select solver priorities for robust, efficient model convergence
  • Use the Scenario Tool to explore the effects of operational changes
