BR&E Technical Support

BR&E Technical Support is available to all currently licensed users of ProMax.  If you hold a current license of ProMax, please register on this site.  Once you are registered, BR&E staff will review your registration and assign you to the Licensed Users group.  You will then have access to the support content on this site.  This process typically takes less than one hour if the request is made during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 AM- 5 PM CST).  If you are in need of immediate assistance, please contact BR&E's technical support team by e-mail at support@bre.com or by telephone at 979-776-5220.
