While attendance to each session is free of charge, each attendee needs to supply his/her own laptop computer with Microsoft Visio 2002/SP2, Visio 2003/SP2, or Visio 2007 (Standard or Professional) installed, which is required for ProMax to operate. Failure to have Microsoft Visio results in an inability to install a working version of ProMax on your computer. Please note that Microsoft requires Microsoft Visio to be activated via the Internet upon the first usage. For those who are not current BR&E clients, the necessary ProMax software and security devices are made available for your use during the session.
